Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. The new plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged the difference pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All plans switch to "View only" upon expiry. Your generated vessel statements remain accessible for audit and reference purposes, but you will need to renew your subscription to generate new or updated statements.
The Dock plan is designed as a single-use option for ship operators who need a one-off vessel statement quickly — for example for a short port call or a one-time supplier transaction. If you need ongoing annual compliance, the Sail plan or above is recommended.
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your country of registration.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer (BACS/SEPA), and online payments via Stripe. Payment is required in full at time of subscription.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first access to the service. If you have already generated a vessel statement, you will have waived this right by confirming immediate access. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
